I am past president of the Sunrise Rotary Club, present board member of the Oakdale Golf & Country Club, my wife who lives with Multiple Sclerosis and makes ME stronger and serve as Co-founder and President of the Wave of Hope Foundation. My profession has helped me in understanding the needs of people with health issues. It has become my passion to be the best support for my wife who lives with Multiple Sclerosis and makes a stronger advocate to help find a cure for her and the thousands of others afflicted by MS.

Vice President: Dr. Scott Goodreau scott@thewaveofhopems.org
Bio:
My name is Scott Goodreau and I am a Family Physician who has a strong interest in the Wave of Hope Organization and the fight against Multiple Sclerosis for very personal reasons; my sister Kathryn and a dear friend Karen suffer from the disease. Also, as a board member for the Wave of Hope and medical professional, it is my goal to help alleviate some of the pain and suffering that patients with MS endure.
It is a distinct honor and privilege to participate on the board of the Wave of Hope and, with the help of all of our supporters, we will continue to make every effort to help, in whatever way we can, to make the battle against MS a victory.

Secretary: Vicki Mutoza vicki@thewaveofhopems.org
Bio:
I have worked as a Broadcast Marketing Consultant for the past 5 years, and the last 3 of those years at Citadel Broadcasting. Prior to working in broadcasting I worked in the Medical Field, Stanislaus Orthopedics and Sports Medicine for 7 years and Gould Medical Foundation for 14 years.
I have been married to Jon for 20 years & we have two great kids: son Tyson-22 & daughter Victoria (Tori) 14.
I am involved in the Wave of Hope foundation because of one my best friends Karen Basi. She had this great dream of helping people who are in need and struggle with MS. She started the Wave of Hope foundation that I am honored to be a part of. I have been on the Board of Directors as Secretary since it’s inception. I have also been on the committee for the Wave of Hope golf tournament.
I also attend and help Karen with her Wave of Hope support group meetings that are held on the last Wednesday of every month at Basi Insurance Office in Oakdale. I am also a part of helping facilitate and volunteering for the National MS walk in Modesto annually.
I can not tell you how good it makes me feel seeing the joy and happiness from the people we have touched and helped through this great organization.
